As founders, we came to Germany as children and adolescents, quickly adopting the local language through our diligence and the commitment of those around us. At that time, our life paths, mine and that of my wife Amma, had not yet crossed. We got to know and love each other during our medical studies in Marburg.

Diligence and commitment continued to accompany us during our medical studies, providing us with the opportunity to successfully pursue various scholarships at different universities in Europe, such as the University of Poitiers, the University of Geneva, and even later, Cambridge. In addition to acquiring professional skills and abilities, we were able to broaden our cultural experiences.

Our African roots and the always close connection to our relatives in Africa constantly confronted us with the fact that not everyone in Africa can access adequate medical care at the necessary time. This motivated us to offer medical assistance in Africa, not only for our family. However, in addition to the local distance, we also encountered bureaucratic obstacles. As our education progressed, so did our desire to strengthen our social commitment, which we put into practice through our marriage and the upbringing of our now three children. Our medical assistance for patients in Africa has provided us with valuable experiences that we now want to professionally leverage through our company, DocBaldeConsulting.

In addition to economic success, our goal is to understand the Hippocratic idea as the driving force behind our actions. We are involved in medical education and treatment as well as the promotion of women and their rights in Africa. We also place a strong emphasis on politically correct behavior, anti-racism, and cultural or ethical acceptance in all our actions. Our goal is to invest 30% of our profits in selected projects to ensure sustainable success.(see social Projects) With our medical expertise, we can provide you as a patient or medical service provider with excellent medical care. Our services are aimed at doctors seeking outstanding medical and technological care for their patients.

At the same time, we help you as a patient to find the best possible medical care for your specific health situation. We excel in the ability to create or analyze complex medical histories. We have the necessary telemedicine technologies to provide direct support for urgent cases. Additionally, we have access to state-of-the-art laboratories and clinics throughout Europe.

As a patient, we enable you to organize treatments on-site in Germany. As DocBaldeConsulting, we take care of the administrative tasks related to arrival and departure, as well as the necessary examinations on-site or transport to specialized clinics in Germany and Europe. Furthermore, we advocate for arranging the temporary accommodation of a companion from your medical and/or family environment.
